There is a 55-inch HD Smart TV in the living room hooked to the Internet for those who watch Netflix or other subscriptions. Upgraded Cable – YouTube TV – is also provided as well as wireless internet. The couch is a sectional with plenty of lounge room and the dining table comfortably sits four.
The bedroom is outfitted with a Eastern-King bed with quality linens and a small dresser. There is also a TV in the bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
There is a shared laundry room down the hall with a stack-able washer/dryer.
The spacious veranda/balcony has two comfortable chairs and a view to die for.

2. There is one parking space off of the back alley. Additional vehicles can park on the street.
